Bio & Media

With their first record deal in hand (Social Family Records/Universal), and a Grammy-winning producer on board (Jamie Tate), NeillyRich have added another few lines to their already-crowded list of achievements. The dynamic duo have set a new personal best with their COVID-19 delayed record ‘Love Bender’ smashing the charts.

Following on from their 2017 ARIA #4 debut album, the award-winning pair took out the ARIA #2 spot, and #4 on the AIR Independent Label charts. Both new highs for these international touring artists on the rise.

In late 2018 the pair achieved a life long dream of producing a record in the United States with the world-renowned Jamie Tate taking the producer’s chair (Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn and Thomas Rhett) to ensure they came away with a world-class record.

Since forming in 2012 at the CMAA Academy of Country Music in Tamworth, the duo has clocked up an array of achievements including winning a CMANZ “Golden Fern” for best Duo/Group and the prestigious Frank Ifield International Spur Award.

On the touring front, in the last few years NeillyRich has hit the road with Country stars Travis Collins, Amber Lawrence, Troy Kemp, Kirsty Lee Akers, The Viper Creek Band and Roo Arcus. They also had the thrill of supporting Aussie music legend Daryl Braithwaite on his tour.

Their album success in 2017 opened festival doors including an invitation to play at the world-famous Bluebird Café during Americana Fest in Nashville. On the home front they have taken the stage at major Australian festivals including Groundwater Country Music Festival, The Gympie Muster, Norfolk Island Country Music Festival and of course the Tamworth Country Music Festival.

Looking ahead, 2019 will see the release of 3 brand new singles, starting with the super-catchy, up tempo track ‘Hey You’ which will be released through Social Family Records on April 1. Keep your ears open for the next musical instalment on the NeillyRich journey!
